Tracy Hosey

Tracy Hosey is a Personal Assistant and Customer Care Executive at Crushell & Co Solicitors, supporting the firm’s workplace accident, occupational injury, and employer liability practice. Since joining the firm in May 2022, Tracy has played a central role in ensuring that clients receive a professional, responsive, confidential, and compassionate service from the moment they first contact the firm.

As one of the firm’s primary points of contact, Tracy regularly assists individuals seeking advice following accidents or injuries at work. She understands that a workplace accident can leave a person dealing with pain, medical treatment, loss of earnings, uncertainty about returning to work, and concerns about how a claim may affect their employment. Tracy takes pride in providing a welcoming and reassuring first point of contact during what can be a difficult and uncertain period.

Tracy assists prospective clients in arranging an initial consultation with the appropriate solicitor and in understanding the general process involved. She helps identify the preliminary information and documents that may be required, including details of the accident, accident report forms, photographs, witness information, medical records, correspondence with the employer, sick leave documentation, and relevant employment records. She also assists clients in arranging follow-up consultations and ensures that their enquiries are directed and addressed efficiently.

A key aspect of Tracy’s role is maintaining a high standard of client care throughout the progression of a matter. She deals with ongoing client enquiries, assists with appointment management, and helps ensure that clients remain informed regarding the administrative progress of their claim. She recognises that every workplace accident and injury claim is different and that each client must be treated as an individual whose particular circumstances, concerns, and objectives are properly understood.

Alongside her client-facing responsibilities, Tracy supports the firm’s financial and administrative operations. This includes preparing and issuing invoices, recording payments received, addressing client queries concerning invoices, assisting with legal correspondence, and processing enquiries from barristers and other professional representatives. Her organisational skills help ensure that workplace accident and injury matters are managed efficiently and that important documentation and communications are dealt with promptly.

Tracy holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Business, specialising in Human Resource Management. Her academic background has provided her with strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, together with an understanding of workplace structures, employee relations, and organisational processes. Through her work at Crushell & Co Solicitors, Tracy has developed a strong interest in law and hopes to continue her education and build a long-term career within the legal profession.

Outside of work, Tracy enjoys spending time with her dogs and has a great love for animals.
